Liquor License
Liquor licenses are required for all businesses selling alcoholic beverages by the drink or the bottle.
You must contact the Alcohol Beverage Control Board in Little Rock to secure a license. Each application must be mailed to the Arkansas ABC office along with a criminal background check, an entertainment form, and a form certifying that you have attended an ABC educational seminar. The cost of an Arkansas license ranges from $100 to $3,000 and is due at the time you submit your application.
After you have the license from the ABC board, please contact Berryville City Hall to pay our city fees. Our fees vary based upon what type of liquor license you have acquired.
