Police Citations
Police Citations can be be issued for a violation of city ordinances, traffic violations, or misdemeanors.
If you have received a citation from the Police Department, you have three options:
- Mail the citation and money order (CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED) to the address listed on the ticket, paying the appropriate postage
- To use a card, pay online at myfinepayment.com. You will need the citation number on your ticket.
- Bring the citation and payment (cash or money order ONLY) to the Police Department 303 E Madison Ave, Berryville, AR 72616, during normal business hours (Mon.-Fri. 8:00am-4:00pm)
All citations are due the day before your court date.
If you would like to challenge a ticket, attend court on your court date. If you do not pay a citation by the date it is due, you will receive notice by mail that you have been assigned to appear at an Administrative Adjudication hearing.
