The Berryville Police Department is a value-driven organization committed to excellence and will partner with the community to make Berryville a better place to live, visit, and conduct business.
The Police Department is located at 303 E Madison Ave. The City of Berryville has two operational divisions. Patrol and Criminal Investigations. For all non-emergency phone calls, please call 870-423-3343.
Curfew
By ordinance, persons under 18 years of age may not be present at any public assembly, building, place or street during the following hours:
- 10:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday – Thursday
- 11:59 p.m. to 6 a.m. Friday – Saturday
All city park hours are as follows:
- 10:00 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday-Friday
- 11:59 p.m. to 6 a.m. Saturday-Sunday
There are some exceptions to this rule, depending on the nature of the event a person is attending or the reason why he or she is at a place.
Fingerprinting
The Berryville Police Department will provide ink fingerprints to applicants for employment and background applications by appointment only. The resident must supply the appropriate fingerprint card(s). There is no charge for this service.
The City of Berryville Police Department does not provide fingerprints for any prints that require electronic transmission. Contact the Carroll County Sherriff’s Office for information regarding electronic prints. (870) 423-2901
